We bought a travel trailer from Vicars and took delivery of it on June 9th 2022. Sales person ***** was told that we are moving and what address to mail the paperwork. They still sent the paperwork to the old address. Now the paperwork the is "lost". It is now July 18th and have not not been able to use the camper since the temporary tag expired. They said they put a trace on the missing paperwork and it is just "missing", however the post office said that ***** doesn't have tracking ability on mailed paperwork and the mail man would have taken all of the mail from my old address and they return ***** parcels to the sender....that being "Vicars Trailer Sales.". I got a voice message from "*****" telling me they've done everything they're going to do to help the situation. and that I could just go the Secretar of State and file for a lost title. Now that's what I call great customer service. Thanks for nothing ***** and *****. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to ***** clear of Vicars Trailer Sales in ******. I will never do any business with *******. Now I have a $17,000 camper sitting in my yard that I cannot use, until I spend my time and now extra money at the Secretary of State for a "lost" title.

When you purchased your RV it was explained to you all paperwork must match your Identification. If you would of liked the address to change on the paperwork you would have to go to the state office to change the address on your identification. You chose not to do this, and stated you still have access to the old address and everything would be fine. When your paperwork was lost in the mail, we did everything we could to help track it down, unfortunately ***** was unable to track down the package. We then explained what you would need to do to apply for a lost title. Everything was mailed to the address on your identification and paperwork which you signed and dated and this was explained thoroughly when you signed and dated all paperwork to that address.
