This goes back when hired them April 2021 started September 2021. He measured the garage leintoo wrong and I have a overhang on one end that's half inch. The other end is 4inches. The roof he took off had a 6 inch overhang end to end. Water and snow is rotting the outside walls. Plus going under a lip on top. Inside roofing is 18 inches shorter on inside.He came out 2 different times and promise to finish.apologizing all the time.He came out in August of 2022 said he was going to fix and finish everything. Now I got hit and my puppy 6months old.He was supposed to put Snow Stops up. Well I was shoveling the deck and we got hit with the hardest snow off the roof. I jumped on top of dog after he was hit also. He promised to come finish his work.His secretary *****?? I believe told me I was on his list to finish,fix his, and his sales manager ********************* who measured the leintoo wrong. Now today my rain gutter was ripped off the house and hit my BrandNew Central Air conditioning and put a hole through the coil. And I and neighbor looked and he only had 5 clips attached to house. I got 2 flat tires because he threw those clips in the grass.i even asked him if he had enough of them because I found them in the yard.he said yes have extra one's in truck. I have had the deck damaged railings, roof, car window, I have 4 dog's and I worry about them getting hurt. It's ready to collapse my garage leintoo roof. We can't get out the front door if we had a fire. The snow freeze 2 feet high in front of door. He promised this last time.i believed him again. He promised to get it done before someone else get hurt or killed. It so serious I worry every time someone delivers, Mail Man. Wife, Grandkids. I am *******************************************************on social security Disability. I don't have money to have this fixed.he was paid in full.by insurance company. He has told me about his demon's drugs, drinking, family dieing. That why I didn't *** him.
