I bought a new car from the prestige lexus on 4/13/22. it`s more than a month I have not received the registration and title yet. I can not use my car as current temporary registration is expired now. Upon calling the dealership I found that they did not handle the registration and title process correctly. I am calling the the sales rep ( ***** **** ) and relevant department for the last 2 weeks but have not received the response yet. few times I got transferred to sales rep ( ***** **** ) but he didn’t answer and did not bother to call me back with any update. when I called the dealership few more times to follow up Receptionist disconnected the phone TWICE. Finally ***** answered and promised to follow up on the registration and title. I paid DMV fee to dealer to handle the registration and titles but I am not getting the service I paid for.

I bought a Lexus RC 350 in September 2021. The car had 5,500 miles on it. We were told that it was an executives car. It had some blemishes on the front bumper but were told there was nothing done to the car. The first time I serviced the car we found damage under the front bumper and a wheel that had been painted. I took it back to the dealer 2 weeks ago. The dealers service manager admitted to me they repaired the car before selling it. The dealer replaced the wheel but refuses to fix the bumper. The estimate is $2,637 . The dealer claims they are not legally required to disclose damage under a certain amount. We have a car that was sold as brand new that was repaired and still damaged. Not acceptable for almost $60,000.

On 11/11/2021 my husband and I went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. It was the best option to buy out our lease because of the car shortage. We finalized the transaction the same day and went home. On 11/22/2021 our credit was pulled again from Lexus Financial and we called to find out why that happened and I am still waiting for a response from them. I called ******************* (GM of the dealership) left him several messages and emails and I have yet to hear from any of them. I recently had to buy a new car and my credit was affected by this unnecessary pull. I am seeking a response from the dealership as well as monetary compensation for bit being tear 1 when I got my new car.

went to the dealership bought a 2017 infiniti QX50 advised the sales person *********************** that we wanted to register the car in ************** he said no problem. Come 1/1/2022 i still had not received the plates so we called the dealer since the temp was expiring on 1/2 and was advise to come to the dealership and get a new temp tag. when we got to the dealer they took the temp tag off and said the since 1/1/2022 NJ DMV won't let them issue a new temp tag. so we could not drive the car back home since there was no plate on the car. and now it is 1/27/2022 still no plates. we are getting the run around from the dealer. They need to buy this car back since they are not able to get the car registered.

I've had my Lexus GX460 for 5 years. On Dec 12, while picking up my husband, It wouldn't go into drive. I put it in drive and it was stuck in neutral. Luckily we were close to home and we basically coasted home. On Dec 13 I flat bedded it to Prestige in Ramsey. I called to tell them it was a transmission problem. They called me back and told me they had diagnosed it for $185 and it the transmission needed a neutral safety switch for $1015. I insisted it was the transmission that was under warranty. They did the switch. I picked up the car and it still didn't drive right - lunging forward after a stop. I brought it back and days later got another call that it did in fact need a new transmission at no cost to me. NO COST? I paid $1015 for a totally unnecessary switch. I've called the service manager twice - he says he'll investigate and get back to me but never does. Left a message for the ** who also never got back to me. I think this is a scam they're running and I want to be reimbursed.

Love my lexus, but the dealer is terrible. I bought a certified pre owned RC. ***************** assured me that they went over the cars with a paint machine to ensure quality. The clear coat is peeling off the car. Took it to a specialist and they showed me right where it was taped off as a body shop actually repainted each rear quarter. Prestige does not properly screen CPO cars. Furthermore, the dealer assured me the car was aligned before I picked it up. The car pulled to the left. Took it to lexus of Manhattan and they showed me the service record, prestige never aligned the car. We had other issues with the car and I spoke to ******* Motalong story short they did not respond for over a month so lexus corporate had to get involved.
