This company is hosting an event here in *******: Battle of **********. Its a travel ball basketball tournament. They are offering a pass for each day: Friday: $28, Saturday: $28, Sunday: $28, and then they are offering a weekend pass: Saturday/Sunday: $46. What they fail to communicate (and they are arguing, per a representative at the tournament, they told the coaches to tell us and apparently its written somewhere as well) that if we can get eliminated Saturday, therefore we dont play Sunday, so they are offering us a pass for the weekend when our child may not even be playing Sunday therefore putting those of us who bought this pass not knowing our child could possibly not be playing Sunday- thinking it would be a common sense solution for the whole weekend- are now in a position of wasting our money if we dont make it to Sunday. We are feeling manipulated/taken advantage of. Many of us bought this weekend pass not knowing this contingency. They offer no refund. They are playing us! They are also charging for all kids over 6- so young children are being charged those high prices. The **** *************************, called me and tried to manipulate me with some logic that I was asking his business to suffer when hes the one taking advantage of us. Playing the victim? I dont think so. That didnt work, so then he boasted/postured to me about being a millionaire. That didnt work, so then he threatened to come have the police find me after bragging about looking him up to see how rich he is. This company is taking advantage of people. Playing a tricky game. They operate tournaments in *****, *********, and *******. Be aware. This **** *************************, is manipulating the narrative to protect himself and then posturing with his wealth and police. This is corrupt.
