DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called Mount Kisco Mechanical Service Corp to repair the ** in our house, specifically the nursery. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 9am and 12pm. At 11am the next day they called and let me know that an existing customer called so they are not coming for their appointment. I asked when they will be coming and they told me that they will probably not come today, but they cannot give me an estimated time or day that they can or will come. They told me that when/if someone becomes available sometime in the future that they will call and give me an hour's notice that they can come, though they still didn't know if it would be this week or even this month. They told me that I was being unreasonable for saying that I couldn't take off work with just an hour's notice on an unknown day. They hung up on me multiple times and then told me that they decided they were too busy to take on new customers and they wouldn't be sending anyone. If they had told me when I originally called that they didn't have the time/staff available to help me that would have been fine. But they scheduled an appointment, cancelled 2 hours into that appointment time, then told me that someone might come sometime on some unknown day with only an hour's notice (before deciding that they were too busy and wouldn't send anyone). They were incredibly rude saying that they were "accommodating me" by even considering showing up at all. This is a dangerous practice that could send someone to the hospital if they are expecting a repair during the summer and the repair man never shows up.
