This non-profit organization is mostly staffed with volunteers who work hard to help provide masks via their online shop and through donations with community partners. They vet all the masks they sell and donate, so I know I'm getting good product, not fakes like are sold on Amazon. The prices are reasonable and in fact are often lower than other sellers. Shipping costs can be high but are often at least partly offset by the lower prices on the products. For example, ACI duckbill masks sell for $29.95 for 50 masks - a great price for surgical level N95 respirators. Shipping costs $15 because they come in a big protective box. But the price even with shipping comes out to less than $1 each, and they can be reused, making them an affordable choice. When an order seemed to be running late, I reached out to customer service and the CS agent was kind and thorough in his response, and my order arrived the next day. The organization was swamped during the Omicron wave in early 2022 but in response to the delays that resulted, they created a more robust customer service team and worked with suppliers to make sure that if an item is listed on the site, it's available to ship. Obviously they can't do anything about the shipping time, especially for products shipped via ***** but they have streamlined the process to get products out to shipping partners once ordered. These are good people doing good work under extremely difficult circumstances. I have ordered multiple times over the past year and will continue to do so.
