            I ordered pins from this business, and approved a picture of what they would look like. They arrived-- poor quality, the writing on the pins are illegible. I contacted the company. They said the quality could be made better if they made them in house, didn't ship them "overseas". They sent me the same exact picture I approved before, told me this time would be better. I requested a refund on the originals, and said that if a refund were received, I would pay for the upgrade of quality. They denied a refund. So, in summation, though they can be made to look the way I asked and approved the picture of, they didn't do it, admited they didn't do it, then told me they would charge me more to make it look right. Both times sending me the exact same picture to approve.
