I am receiving mail addressed to my deceased father. I have no interest in receiving these advertisements. We never asked or signed up for them. There is an on-going issue with lost and stolen mail in my community and I am asking to have this company remove me and my father from their advertising mailing list.

I recently visited Gentle Dental in Queens after receiving a brochure stating that they accept all major insurance. As someone new to the area, I assumed I was in-network. During my root canal procedure, I was informed midway that they have their own internal pricing. Upon calling my insurer I learned that although they "accept" all insurances they are out of network and now consequently, I am now facing over $4,000 in charges for a single tooth. This experience has been highly disappointing and stressful. Their practices are misleading, and I advise others to be cautious when considering this dental office.
