They never handled my complaint and potential legal matter, nor read the documents I sent them, which were requested by the attorney who asked for them. Nor did they provide another attorney as I was told by that attorney's supervisor to handle my very serious issue(s). I was appointed this law firm through ***** ******, of which I'm not longer a member. They give you the "old fashioned runaround," although they claim on their A.I. system that they very good, and do legal matters "the old fashioned way," and rated highly by law firm review agencies.

This gentleman was previously a LegalShield member having signed up through the company for the legal plan service. Being in ********, our firm was assigned as his provider firm. Unfortunately, interactions with our office did not go well and it was determined that our staff could not effectively communicate with him. Ethical constraints preclude discussion of the specifics of the consultations but the facts as presented by this gentleman are not accurate and our office tried very hard to assist him. However, the manner in which our staff was treated by this individual, and his unwillingness to accept the assistance provided led to the cancellation of his legal plan membership. We have had no further contact with him. This firm has proudly served as LegalShield's exclusive NY provider law firm for 25 years and we have assisted, and continue to assist, many thousands of people with their legal needs. In rare circumstance, because of an inability to effectively communicate with a member or because of their conduct toward staff, their membership in the program needs to be rescinded. That was the situation here. We nonetheless wish this individual the best of luck in the future.

Wow, I just read this law firms reply, that "my statements weren't accurate." I stand by these "statements," they have incredible audacity.

I'm truly disgusted by this law firm's accusations that "my statements weren't accurate." In fact, I stand by them. The attorney I was assigned admittedly stated he didn't read the documents he requested, when I asked him about the most important document he requested, and the individuals involved, he didn't know who I was talking about. That was a week after I had sent them, and he called me. And, I was told by his supervisor that I would get another attorney, that didn't take place. Their response clearly impugns my character, which I greatly protest and resent. In fact, I asked that they return those documents to me, they have not done so. Whether or not "Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C.," is the ** legal affiliate with LegalShield for a number of years, is immaterial to how I was treated by them. Indeed, their "customer service," after my first interaction with a representative who convinced me that being a member with LegalShield was a good idea, was entirely lacking and their representatives were in fact dismissive, and unprofessional, by any standard. It was an exhausting experience. I wanted to add, this isn't worth my time, nor the dignity of a response.
