My husband and I have had such a disheartening experience with this dealership. We went in yesterday to try to finance a vehicle. It was an appointment that was scheduled for about a week and one in which we arrived on time too. Upon arrival, and after giving our information, we were made aware that the car was not even even at the location. Due to our mistake, we allowed them to run my husbands credit without test driving or even looking at the car.we sat at the dealership for almost 3 hours, we decided that we were going to take our two small children and then decided to leave the dealership. We specifically made an appointment to go and see the car so that Then we can apply and get an approval for the car. While we were waiting there for three hours, we were told that the car was in the location 30 minutes away and that it would be brought over, but it never was. In fact, the cards did not arrive until the next day at 2:00 PM. It has now been over 24 hours since we put in an application to see whether or not we were approved for the car. Ive been communicating back-and-forth with the sales representative Jasmine and have gotten absolutely nowhere. Now they are trying to convince me to drive another 2 hours away from home to come and see your car still without knowing whether or not I have been *********** make an appointment, we made an appointment so that we could see the car when we came on Sunday. We have asked numerous times to speak to a sales manager or a finance manager, and still have not received a call back. My husband has no decision on whether or not he is approved for the car. We bought from several locations and this is by far the worst customer service that we have ever received. It is unprofessional for you to have someone waiting for over two days on a decision as to whether or not you have been approved for a vehicle. In my opinion, there are other dealerships out there with excellent customer service and this is not the place that you want.
