I wanted to share my experience at Jericho terrace as I have hosted numerous parties there and have always had a pleasant experience up until recently. I had my daughters communion party there and some issues had taken place. For one we were given a suite to keep our belongings in and my children were able to go in and out as they liked. During the middle of my party my daughter comes to me upset that there are people in our room and they basically kicked my daughter out. Apparently they had given my room to a bridal party who had showed up early and didnt even tell me that they needed the room or to get my belongings. Second issue was that the ceiling began to leak water over my table which thankfully it was my table and not a guest of mine. And third I was entitled to numerous desserts. One being giant hot pretzels to which they werent brought out. I had called to go over these issues and they confirmed that indeed the pretzels were there. I then found a photo showing no pretzels. They basically called me a liar which is my issue. And the banquet manager offered compensation from her own pocket which I thought was ridiculous. Its a shame the way things happened and I will think twice about having a party there in the future.
