They describe in their ads, how they understand that vehicles cost a lot of money to purchase, and how everyone of their vehicles come with a one year warranty and offer for additional price, an extended warranty. 6 months after purchasing our vehicle from them, we had check engine faults arise, and the car actually went into limp mode. We parked the vehicle and finally were able to drop it off for service. It had engine 2 sensor faults, and I was contacted by the warranty company inquiring about the vehicle I had purchased, asking if I had installed the oversized tires on my jeep after I bought it, or was it that way at the time of purchase. I informed them I had bought it that way, and they said that the oversized tires had voided out the steering and suspension portion of my warranty. Nice. I asked them about the status of my 2 sensors that were causing my check engine light on the vehicle, and they said that neither of them were covered under warranty... great. I contacted the dealer, and was told that they were going to cover one of the sensors, under warranty, it not the other... my cost to repair the vehicle would be several hundred dollars. I told them to change the coolant sensor under warranty and would be picking up the vehicle when done. I now have a coolant smell coming from the engine compartment, so I suspect I have a coolant leak from their repair. The other sensor that needs to be replaced has 3 torque screws securing it to the cylinder head, and a plug in wire connector attached to it. The part is a little over a hundred dollars, so their estimate is greatly inflated to do the repair. I'm paying $640/ mo for this thing, should have bought a new jeep, and gotten a real warranty with it. Buyer beware, not going to spend another dollar there. Bought 2 vehicles from them, first one rotted out a year after purchase, spent $30k on that one, this one can't be driven, less than a year from purchase. We did manage to drive it 15k miles, expensive mi.
