Good morning *************,My name is *************************** and everyone calls me *****. My date of birth is September 29, 1949.I have been a patient of Premier and before with ******** Associates. I was treated by ******************* 50 years ago for many years with respect and dignity. That is how long I have been going to this practice.On Friday, March 29th of this year I had surgery on my left knee, performed by ***************. I reviewed he and his staff with top stars along with positive comments. On Thursday April 11th, I had a follow up appointment with *************** at 10:50 am. When I arrived he was definitely there seeing to patients. I sat in one of those little rooms waiting for almost an hour and realized it was way too quiet. I went out to the hallway and walked around until I found someone. I asked if there was a problem and mentioned how long I'd been waiting. The response was, "oh, they were backed up in surgery downstairs and needed ******************* help". I asked how long it would be before he returned. She had no idea. Needless to say I was livid at this point. Not only did the doctor not have the courtesy to notify me, but nor did the staff. Did they actually believe I would have waited all day for this arrogant physician to return? The receptionist at front desk asked if I would like to reschedule. I would not choose this disrespectful physician if he were the last physician on earth. Nor will I ever go back to ********* Center again.If I had the knowledge of how to rescind my kind words about him in my review, I would.I attempted to speak with someone by the name of *****, but she has chosen not to return my messages.To me this is a black eye against the company ******************* created.I will continue to see *********************, but doubtful about seeing another surgeon in this practice.Respectfully,*********************
