I took my Cadillac CTS V Wagon to Midtown on 4/9/24 because the front suspension felt loose and I heard rattling noises. ***** looked at the vehicle, I was given an estimate of $4994.90 for multiple issues, four pertaining to the front end that was then discounted to $4100.00. I returned on 4/10 and gave a ******* deposit. I paid for multiple issues that was not addressed - I noticed the front right lower control arm was not replaced as you can see in the pics with dirty grease compared to the left front with no grease and new look. I was charged for an alignment that wasn't done. After the repairs were done on 4/19 and paying the balance, the same issues occurred. I took the car back on 6/01, **** had a mechanic tighten bolts that weren't torqued to specifications and said I needed an alignment. I told him I paid for that in the original bill. He said to get it done elsewhere and he would make sure I received the money back. I took the car to multiple reputable locations and they **** Boys 6/8 & Cadillac of Manhattan 6/10 would not touch the car because of the damage that was caused by Midtown. The caster and camber was totally out of alignment, as you will see in the pics. Cadillac charged me $325.54 for a diagnosis and gave me an estimate for $6219.52, which was the base fee stating there would be additional charges based on the other issues they would find. I took the car back to Midtown a 4th time explaining the same issues occurred, the owner said he would order parts (nuts and bolts) to finally fix the problem. I brought the car back on 6/19 and as of today 7/1 the same exact problem with the front suspension still exists. I doubt the car needed the original repairs I paid for being I'm experiencing the same issues. Attached you will find all the documents to corroborate my complaint.
