    The funny thing before I even start typing my issue with this company, they were just replying to the 5 stars comments only!!! Anyway! My problem with this company that my mom bought the hearing aid two years ago and we paid $3000 for only one hearing aid, so she starts to feel nose and dizzy, we called them 10 times to schedule a visit or even do a reset, they always says they don't have anyone available at that moment, they will call us back, for the ten time same answer!! then i went to their website to check, they have free consultation, I booked one, they called me the next day, because they though that i am going to buy a new hearing aid!! All they care is about money, so I spoke with guy his name is ****** ****** and I explain to him my mom's situation and he said he will help me and get internally with someone from customer service and they will call me, I waited waited no one called me, so I emailed back to check! He never responded, I emailed again same thing never responded. Now the question is How come these companies deal with patients and medical supplies not getting inspection and following with their service ???? what should my mom do ???? buy another hearing aid for $3000 because they don't want to help their patients ??? Are they only care about money ???? how can we trust these companies ???? what should we do if we ever needed any aid ??? Is that something normal ???? do we really have to go through all of this pain just to get someone answer the phone ???? I need help !!! I need them to call me ASAP . Lets see how they going to solve this issue! I will come back here to write my feedback with them if they call me.
