DANGER DO NOT USE! I can't stress this enough! Take my review seriously and hopefully it drives you away from using this company. I signed up to use their services to manage our Marketing. The services they promised where ******************************************************** Yelp and ****** review management in English and Spanish. The only thing they did out of these services to my knowledge is post on our ************* They sent weekly reports with results from the campaigns. However, they only sent me ************ that never performed better than my own posts. I would let them post things while I would continue to post myself. Our posts outperformed theirs in every way. However, this is not the true issue of why you should stay clear of this company. I clearly stated to them that I was not happy with the results several times and told them that I wanted to CANCEL MY SERVICES with them. They then told me that I needed to give them a 90-day notice. Which I replied that I only signed a 6-month contract and for the contract to renew, I needed to approve it. However, they stated that the contract continues until I tell them I would like to cancel the contract. So, after fighting the issue and telling them that I don't agree. I finally gave in and said, fine Terminate my contract. So, I continued to pay it for 3 additional months. Once the contract was supposed to be over. They continued to **** me for an additional month. I reached out to them to request a fee reversal multiple times thru email and phone. Which their phone does not even go to a direct person, but rather a voicemail to leave a message. No one ever responded. One month later, I get charged again on my CC and decided to open a dispute against the charges. Well guess what, they responded a few days after I opened the dispute with my credit card company and stated that I need to pay them back for all the disputes. I then told them that they over charged me, and I would not reverse the funds for the over charges. They then sent me an email stating that I was in breach of contract because there is a clause that states I cannot dispute anything they charge. So, they responded with a new invoice of $29,000, when all I disputed was $15,000. They stated that every dispute I make costs $2000. Plus, every outstanding balance is a 30% charge and since I disputed then that makes it an outstanding balance. So, in all, they are trying to charge me $14,000 additional for disputing something that they are wrong on. I then told them that this was ridiculous and that I would leave a review on every platform. They responded that I am again in breach of contract for defamation. However, this is a truthful and honest review, so it is not defamation unless it is a false statement. So please if you read this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE FRAUD AND THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE VERY ONE SIDED AND COMPLETLY ILLIGAL ON MANY ASPECTS. Don't believe me just look at their terms and conditions before you sign anything. Even the proposal because that is what they use to lock you into a contract. Mind you the terms and conditions are not on their proposal but rather an external link. Pay attention to section for billing. I am not the only person posting about this company for the fraud they are committing on people. They now hired an attorney to come after the company and even tried to send an auditor to the business to conduct an audit on assets and liabilities. I then had my attorney reach out to them and tell them to stop contacting me and only deal with the attorney. Save yourself the headaches from the mess this company will get you in! And if you are in this mess or something similar. Don't let them bully you around! Hire your attorney and fight back!! I also filed a complaint with the *** regarding this company!!!
