DearDoc activities include Deceptive Advertising, Predatory Sales Practices, and Telemarketing Fraud.I attempted to end my association with this company, sent many emails and voice messages to their representatives, but didn't receive any replies for weeks. Finally, I was told certain representatives had left the company, resulting in non-communication.Once some communication was re-established, the same representatives who supposedly left the company, were copied on the email messages list. Clearly, they knew I was attempting to contact a representative as the renewal timeframe approached. They ignored my email messages. I disputed the renewal charges due to DearDoc's lack of communication in a timely manner.During the interim when there was no communication, I had the ** Chat widget removed from my website. I figured I was DONE with this disreputable company. Unfortunately, I was charged with another quarterly fee; I reluctantly requested new ** linkage code, which took another 3 weeks to be sent to my web technician. DearDoc is NOT responsive to their client's needs once they have received their fees. DO NOT allow this company to become associated with your medical corporation. What they promise in the initial hard-sell phone call is not what they deliver.
