I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an unresolved return issue with Hugo Boss store #****, located at ******************************************************************. The transaction in question occurred on August 2, 2024, with a total charge of $3,060.96. Despite our repeated efforts to resolve the matter, we have encountered significant challenges, and our concern is that the situation remains unresolved within the eligible return ********* provide some context, we attempted to return the merchandise nearly two weeks after the purchase date. However, the manager at the ********* location refused to process the return, citing that the items had been worna claim made solely based on his "feeling," without any supporting evidence.Given the trauma my wife experienced at the ********* location, where our two-year-old son went missing in the mall, we chose to visit the Hugo Boss store in downtown ********* on August 25th. The staff at the downtown location were accommodating and began processing the return. Unfortunately, due to system difficulties, the return could not be completed, and we were advised to return to the ********* store.On August 27th, my wife returned to the ********* store, where the manager processed the return of some of the merchandise but refused to accept all the unworn items. When we requested a third-party opinion to help resolve the issue, the manager refused and insisted that he was the only one who could make the decision.We have already filed a complaint with the Hugo Boss corporate office and have been in communication with their customer service team. However, despite these efforts, we have not received a satisfactory resolution, and our concern is that the eligible return period is running out.We respectfully request your guidance and assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as we are still within the eligible return window. To Whom It May ********* am a loyal customer of **********************, and I have shopped a lot in Hugo Boss stores around my area. However, I am very upset that the remaining balance of my store credit at Hugo Boss was expired according to all cashiers at Hugo Boss stores in my area that I shopped recently. It sounds really weird to me since I strongly believe that store credit is never expired for all other vendors. Hugo Boss should honor that policy too as store credit is actually my own money, and the Hugo Boss stores keep it for me to use whenever I need to.I already wrote an email to request Hugo Boss for a solution for this issue, either a reimbursement or re-activation of my expired store credit, but I have not received any phone calls from Hugo Boss after a HUGO BOSS Ticket (*******) was created since May 17, 2024.Attached is a proof of my expired store credit at Hugo Boss.I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. I bought a coat for my husband at a Boss store in ********* in December 2023. After my husband wore it once in December it got a hole in the sleeve. The store did nothing for us and sent us to the customer service number. After about 6-7 phone calls and multiple emails asking for a resolution still no manager will call me back. Beware of this company. They dont stand behind their product or provide good customer service. Im very disappointed with all the wasted effort and time I spent trying to resolve this.Customer response

On 2/19/24 I placed order ********, which was successfully delivered to me, but did not fit. I have been trying to obtain a return label for the past few weeks, since I did not see one in the shipping box which has already been discarded. I contacted Hugo Boss by email twice, as the live chat option is never available, asking for a return label to be sent to me, as is stated on their website's return policy, but did not receive a response. On 3/1 I called and it was confirmed that my 2 inquiries and respective ticket numbers were received, but not acted upon due to a longer than normal processing time. The agent also stated that I would be receiving a return label within the next week. 11 days later and I still do not have a label and cannot ship the item back and receive my refund. I am worried the return window will run out. I would like a return label for the item in this order emailed to me as soon as possible.Customer response

I placed an order that was delivered on 1/25. The order came in a ruined box and clothing was damp and seemed worn , this is unacceptable, we are content creators for fashion and needed the pieces asap to use in photos and videography, but there. Needs to be a recourse to this , I expect better from this company , I have reached out and was told. Via chat by a supervisor named ******* to submit pictures of ruined items , which I have done but now I am getting the run around and being told I will receive a response within 29 days , which is absurd because it did not take 29 days for me to pay for and receive damaged items . **** had to make this correct to keep our businessCustomer response

I purchased a dress shirt for my partner to go with his suit for his sisters wedding. $160 plus tax. One day before the wedding the shirt was a bit wrinkled so I read the care instructions and followed them. Went to iron the shirt on the lowest temp and THE ***** MELTED. I reached out to Hugo boss customer support via email to rectify this issue and the only thing I received back was confirmation they received my email and would reply momentarily. Timeframe: early summer 2023 My son just graduated from college and went to buy his first suit for interviews. He went to Hugo Boss at ***************** to purchase it. He is 6' 3". The manager at the store showed him a $700 suit, but it was too small and short in the pants, sleeves, and jacket length. However, he told him they could alter it to fit him. And if he didn't like it, he had 30 days to return it.Once the suit was ready, he picked it up, brought it back, and tried it on. It was still clearly too small and too short. He took it back to the store, but the manager said he could not return it, and that they could "add some fabric to the hems" to make it longer. There was no fabric left, and that was clearly not a solution. He tried to get them to return it, and they declined.He is now out $700 for a suit that is too small and short, sold by someone who lied to him to get him to buy the suit, and about the return policy. I called the store to talk to them and they would not give me their names, or let me talk to a manager.We just want a suit that fits. And $700 for a college student is too much money to waste. We would either like a refund, or a new suit that fits.Can you help?Appreciate your thoughts.*********************** ************
