In May 2022, I returned items from an April purchase in a Hugo *********************** While I was disappointed to find out about their inability to give me a refund I was told I could either have a store credit or a gift card that can be used at any Hugo ********* I opted for the card because they stated the gift card didnt expire and can be used elsewhere even online. On the back of the gift card, it clearly reads FOR ONLINE STORE and has a PIN number that is revealed after scratching off the **** cover. I tried using the gift card option online and it failed. I contacted the customer service from the back of the card and was told they dont allow gift cards from the store gift cards for online purchases anymore. It seems like a sham/scam. How do you take my money and then not honor your written terms on the gift card (the tackiest means of customer service)? How is this not illegal?Initial Complaint

Purchased a pair of Hugo Boss jeans in March of this year and after the first wash they are starting to deteriorate already (note that I wash my garments in cold water on gentle cycle). I am disappointed in the quality of these jeans as my previous jeans and shirt purchases have all stood up well over time. I contacted Hugo Boss **************** in regards to this issue on May 9. After responding that this was purchased in a store they passed me to the store customer service branch. I have not heard back from them and have followed up on May 10, May 16 and May 25 with no response whatsoever. I am requesting either a new pair of these jeans (model ********) or a refund. Size is 33/32.Customer response

We placed an order 5/4/2022 and the package suppose to arrive at 5/9/2022. However, after one week of not receiving the package, we contracted the Hugo boss customer service and they started to run an investigation with **** Meanwhile, we have never received any new packages and several days later they told me that they have confirmed we receive it which is absolutely ridiculous. What kind of investigation is it? There is no such working logs on the investigation and they also did not find the package and re-deliver to us. What's even worse is since we made our second order during these time, and the *** just returned the package to them without my permission or any attempt of delivery. I highly suspect that they made a mistake thinking our second package is the missing package of first order which is not true. Up to now, none of our packages of these two orders were received and we did receive refund for both of these two orders which total is over $2,000! This does not make any sense!Customer response

On 11/13/2021, I purchased a 40R suit (item ************) on sale in store (****) at the Hugo Boss store. The suit was on sale for $556.50 (before taxes). The exact same suit including the size was on sale for $460.00 on their online website. I am seeking a refund for the difference.Customer response

I bought two items from Boss Outlet at *******************************************************************. When I tried to return an item within 30 days, I was told that the refund can only be issued. in the form of store credit. I can't believe this is the return policy for Hugo Boss. The return policy for Boss/Hugo Boss is "The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the HUGO BOSS store. Returns made within 60 days of the delivery date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment"Can Hugo Boss corporate help me with the refund?
