            -When shipping an item of value, be sure you read and understand the shipper’s liability for loss or damage.  Some shippers may require that you prove that they are at fault.  The amount they cover for liability may be less than you expect.
            -Consider purchasing insurance in case your item gets lost or goes missing in transit.  Make sure you understand what that insurance will cover.
            -Ask that items shipped to you require a signature on delivery or have the items shipped to a secure location. The platform and the shipper may not be liable if items left at your address are stolen after delivery.
            -Think about additional measures when packing and shipping an item, such as filming the process, in the event there is a discrepancy about loss or damage. Ask the platform what they would accept as proof before you send the item.

            I purchased a pair of sneakers size 5 US on the description. It shows size 5, and then on the next page. It shows size 35. The sneakers arrived. They are too small. They are not a size 5 on the description page. It clearly shows size 35 is a size 21. The sneakers are too small. I tried getting in contact with everyone I sent pictures screenshots. No one can help me all I want is a shipping return label so that I can return and get a refund if you need I have all photos and description of item on the website

            Absolutely horrible company. I'd give them a NEGATIVE 5-Star if I could. I have been a successful **** seller for over 15 years and have sold over ****** high-end items with 100% feedback and Top-Rated Seller status. I wanted to try Vestaire as a seller so I listed 2 items to test (2 brand new high-end jeans with tags. Regular price $200 and I listed for about $60) 2 days later my account gets suspended for "suspicious activity" After 3 weeks of emails they cannot be specific on the reason and refuse to reinstate my account. This is like throwing someone in jail and not telling them why. Something very fishy about this company.
