Pinchme continues to offer these gift cards in exchange of signing up for certain offers, and then does not deliver these gift cards. They request screen shots and such as proof of signing up for these offers(like of emails confirming such), and even after sending them, nothing. Any emails requesting help after that, they just ignore.Initial Complaint

I received two separate emails offering me gift cards (1 mastercard egift card and 1 ******* gift card). When clicked on the emails in was then brought to their site with the added gift card each time and its said it was a "bonus offer" and that I'd need to complete 1 of 3 of their paid offers to receive the bonus pinch me box aka gift cards. Both times I had completed and paid for these third party sites sign *** to complete their offer and it was completed and successful and shown in my pinch me account as so. I waited months because it states it could take up to 4 weeks to receive, and nothing ever came. I went and checked my account and it shows they never sent them even though its clearly states completed. So I finally reached out and stated my confusion as to why I was offered these and paid participation as well, and was never given the advertised gift card they solicited to me and did not get a response but they blocked my account completely, stating it violates some kind of their regulations. Which doesnt make any sense since ive only emailed them and not done anything else on their site or etc. Im very shocked that I was promised something and paid for this offer by signing up for something I'd not have signed up nor paid for without being offered these gift cards and to then be blocked for asking customer service for support is not how a customer should be assisted.Customer response

This website offers free samples once a month then every day you can sign up with a third party account to get a gift card from PinchMe! Well over the last few months I have signed up with multiple accounts to get these gift cards from PinchMe and I have yet to receive them! I sent them a message the first time that I was owed 2 $10 mastercard gift cards and they gave me 2 $5 ones! Well thats not right! Then I proceeded to do more and of course I didnt get my gift cards and I Continuously sent them messages because I wasnt getting any replys or my gift cards! I am now owed 5 $10 mastercard gift cards and 1 $10 ******* gift card and 1 target gift card!!! Im starting to think this company is a scam because you dont receive your gift cards right away like your supposed to and then if you send the multiple messages about it you dont receive any replies to your messages!! If this company is NOT A SCAM I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ALL THE **** CARDS THAT I AM OWED!! BECAUSE I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR ALL THESE DIFFERENT THING TO GET THEM!!Initial Complaint

Last year I was offered a promotion through pinch me offering me a ***'s club membership for $19.99 and included there was coupon for a free rotisserie chicken 24 cupcakes and a few others. I was told that I would get a confirmation email with a code to take into ***'s club to complete the membership process. Now mind do I work for ******* distribution center which owns ***'s club so I was excited that I could get it at a cheaper rate than what my employer was offering I should have known that it was too good to be true perhaps a scam. I went into ***'s club after not receiving an email thinking that they would have some information they knew nothing about this promotion and suggested that I contact the company to inquire more information. I have record of over seven emails that I've sent to pinch me I have tried calling as well. As soon as I threaten them with the attorney general and a better Business bureau review and that I was going to get my bank involved for them fraudulently scamming me out of money I can no longer send emails nor call the phone number provided. It's like they blocked me from ever contacting them again. I know that I'm 100% writing this and shame on them for ripping off somebody that's already struggling and needed a club membership to save money on food for my family shame on you pinch me. All I wanted was for somebody to contact me back and tell me what the heck was going on I still would like a call back and still want to know what the heck is going on and why I was fraudulently charged money out of my checking account my hard-earned money and receive nothing and now your company blocks me blocks me from even sending an email that's just outrageous and crazy and I'm very upset about it.my next move is to thank you seek legal aid for a class action lawsuit. I'm sure many would love to join me for I know I'm not the only person that you scammed out of money.Initial Complaint

On Thursday, August 18 at 11:59 am EST, I was sent an email from PinchMe, to alert me to a new free sample on my account, which was a $5 **** gift card. So I clicked on the included link and found that the gift card was locked behind four different offers and that I had to complete one of them to get the card. I chose the Sirus XM trial, in which I would get three months of service for $1. I completed that offer and came back and, when I went to check out, the system said it could take up to 24 hours to complete. I came back approximately four hours later and continued my check out, this time completing the "Ship To" section and when choosing the "Next" button got a "404 Error." I put in a help desk ticket (which I have heard nothing from) and continued attempting to check out various times during the 18th and 19th to no avail. I have already paid the $1 for the trial service on Sirus XM and now the $5 **** Gift card is "No Longer Available."Customer response

I just emailed pinchme and said I have received no reply since Wed to all of the info I sent them . I said I am giving them 24 more hours before I post all of the info on the Better Business Bureau website including the 5 gift card orders I earned but did not receive ($50 total), which does not even include the $10 Amazon one from July 23rd that never registered.Initial Complaint

For the past several months I've had problems with Pinch not sending me either merchandise that I claimed or egift cards that I earned by doing surveys. Currently I'm due an Amazon gift card from 2 months ago. **************** at ********************** is totally worthless and if someone does respond nothing gets resolved. In addition this company blocks all account users who post anything negative on their social media even when absolutely true.Customer response

May 2022 I ordered a sample box from Pinchme. It's been over a month and it's hasn't been shipped out yet. I have contacted them 3 times but they will not answer. I just read in their terms and conditions that they will not respond if they don't want to. I don't like companies that scam people to get what they want. This has to stop.Customer response

PinchMe havent responded to any of my messages I have never received two of my items that I work hard to get
