              Parker and waichman have stopped communicating with me . I suffered for years from faulty hernia mesh, and I still do. Two surgeries, couldn't watch my kids grow up due to the pain. I still suffer. Big problem is not hearing back from the attorney. I have sent many emails and left many messages. I am very frustrated as I have been over six years for this case to be done and my money sent to me. They are terrible for communicating. I hope you all better luck.

              I received partial payment of my settlement, and was told I had to wait up to a year for the rest of my settlement due to some sort of laying process and I just finally received my second half of my settlement and in total I was told they were keeping 40% as payment so if this is correct somewhere in the mix, I am still missing $20,000 and I have been emailing and calling with no response. They have now ceased all communication with me and I was told I would get a letter explaining distribution of my money settlement, but I have yet to receive anything , I feel like they took advantage of my situation and to me its very unfair that these people have received more money than I did from my injury and refused to explain to me where the money went. I am still dealing with multiple surgeries after 10+ years and they benefited more than I did from this lawsuit. ***************************
