I am writing this to warn others why they should not do business with ***************** owner of Pinos Glass Worx. This should be a criminal complaint, but I'll just tell my story, you can decide.I contracted **** to replace a single frosted pane in a sliding door and a casement window. The sliding door went without issue. He and his worker then went in my basement to replace a single pane in a casement window. I left him to his work and then heard sawing and drilling. I asked if there was an issue and he said no. A half hour later he came upstairs and said, "all done" and I paid him the 50% owed and he left. When I inspected the work after he left I I was in a state of shock. Here is what he did: He completely bent out the channel in my aluminum casement window. He then proceeded to install the glass (which he wrongly measured and ordered by 2") to fit into my window. He mangled the sliding frame to accomplish this. He then could not fit the screen inside the window so he drilled holes in the outside frame and mounted the screen outside the window. Add to that sliding glass is jammed. Oh, he also destroyed the blind in the window, but that is icing on the cake.I have a case pending in Small Claims Court.BBB says I cannot leave personal info in this review, or I would be happy to have anyone view for themselves.
