            I purchased a refrigerator from ******* Appliance in *******, ** on 10/31/2023. In addition to the purchase price, I was charged and paid cash for installation and delivery in the amount of $250. The refrigerator was delivered on 11/2/2023. On 11/4/2023, I discovered it was not working and all my food was spoiled. Although the price of the refrigerator was eventually refunded, the merchant refused to refund the $250. delivery fee, in effect charging me for the delivery of an item that didn't work and which resulted in the spoilage of all of the groceries in the refrigerator. On 11/7/2023, the merchant picked up the non working refrigerator.
