            We have a claim for a damaged floor and refrigerator. It includes a warped and scratched hardwood floor dented refrigerator from an incorrectly installed water line into the refrigerator which leaked slowly and caused much damage. Including water under the wood and on the beams and wall under the subfloor. We documented absolutely everything. And sent pictures quotes etc. it is an ** frig and *** kept blaming **. Finally with help from ** legal team it went to Coterie to send out an adjuster and pay the claim. The damage is over $30,000. One internal rep had it and then passed it to another we have tried and tried to get help. They suggested we contact our homeowners insurance ( the first person). This is ludicrous we are not liable. This is a bad faith claim. And failure to perform the duties of an insurance company. We have further details but need help. The subcontractor *** was responsible and Coterie has collected all of the information including dozens of pictures multiple emails and phone calls.

            I have lost my business due to fire damage. I have been dealing With Coterie Insurance since September. Its almost been 6 months i still have not received no payments. I have left several message and they neglect to call back and update me on my claim. I find this company so unprofessional how they handle there business. I also send out email and no response neither, this company is the worst to deal with.

            We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the feedback provided by our customer. As of 2/20/2024, we spoke directly with the customer and agreed to a claim settlement. Payment has been requested and our customer will receive their settlement shortly. While speaking with the customer, we explained the timeline of the claim and how we came to settle on the resolution of the claim. We had an open dialogue and apologized for any confusion and communication delays. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and fair claim resolution to all of our insureds.
