A couple of days ago the unit started warming again. I tried contacting ******* since we have a warranty through them since the item was a open box and they said they would send a tech out to look at it. The tech realized that the unit was previously repaired and done incorrectly which is causing the unit to fail. I contacted the owner of Total appliance today and he said he wasnt going to issue a refund claiming the warranty through them is over yet since he repaired it improperly the warranty though ******* is void and he should have to fix what he didnt repair properly to begin with. Now hes saying we are out of the warranty period through them. He never fixed our refrigerator correctly the 2 times he came out and now the fridge is rendered useless unless it completely repaired or replaced. This is absolutely redic and we want this to be resloved asap.

Business phone number is listed on the bill of sale. Business owner tried to fix the issue once in late January and then late March early April. Now he claims the warranty is no longer eligible as it’s past the warranty period even tho he never repaired it correctly the first and second time. I contacted ******* and they said the unit should have never been sold as it was deemed unusable do to a defect that was returned prior. Packing material was still in the fridge.
