This complaint is to draw attention to the fact that J.H******#***** uses misleading reviews to present her legal services but there are no public court records of clients with many of the names in her reviews. See one right now on **** from *******. The same review was posted to ******* ** ******** and ****** showing first and last name. There seems to be no client by that name searching Stark County online case dockets, despite specifically claiming “...Jessica fought hard for me and proved my case to the court”. That same review is posted on **** with the last name REMOVED, earning her 5 STARS; where it shows as having HIRED the atty. I can testify that the claims made in such reviews describe the opposite of the representation J.H******#***** provided. Several seem to target FATHERS yet are not found searching online case dockets. As a FATHER myself I want to draw attention to this to help other FATHERS who need an HONEST attorney. Since the reviews are on the ******* ** ******** website; if they are not clients they give the wrong impression of the business of Hoffman Law Offices, LLC AND the ******* ** ********. These are reviews that imply to be clients yet their identification as clients cannot be ascertained. This suggests an ethical concern with Atty H****** as well as the ******* ** ******** for allowing such reviews to represent a Law Firm on their website *********************. The BBB will not allow links to external reviews to save the reader from searching, but many reviews page source have been backed up via the ******* ******* ******** ******* and were provided to the BBB. In my opinion, allowing these misleading reviews is a direct reflection of the conduct that clients can expect with J.H******#*****'s representation. Atty J.H******#***** needs to explain why she feels it's appropriate to allow deLusional claims from non-clients to speak for her integrity.
