I purchased a used 2020 Hyundai ******** from Liberty Ford of Canton, previously ******** **** 1 year ago June of 2023 with a extended warranty purchase which covers bumper to bumper and electrical for a $100 deductible per visit. Since that purchase I had to use the warranty one other time which went smoothly, for a lift gate sensor. In May the vehicle started to shake aggressively and stall at stop signs prompting me to call service again to take a look seemed to me be a electrical problem? After evaluation I then was contacted by a service member named Cat who told me they could not figure out the issue they would send it to a Hyundai dealership but it would be covered still under the warranty when they figured it out. Upon returning the vehicle back to **** **** ****  I was then contacted again by Cat saying they found nothing wrong at Hyundai other then the vehicle had lost a lot of oil and needed a oil change. I gave permission for the oil change to be done AT FORD. At pick up was charged $477 for service AT Hyundai for the inspection and oil change. I argued I wanted reimbursement due to their error of not even looking under the hood to determine this oil change was needed before deciding it needed to send. I then was told my vehicle was also " 4 quarts low on oil" which seems almost impossible to be missed by any competent mechanic. I was then told my car also needed shocks, and they did not have them inside stock they would order them, promised I would get a reimbursement check for their mistake and would call and do all at once when shocks in. I have YET to receive that check, Cat has been the only person we have been allowed to speak to about this problem other than a sales manager I was able to contact and still we have been given the run around about when I can get my car in for shocks and recover this large reimbursement!I am seeking answers from a manager or owner NOT Cat to resolve this issue that's been going on moremonthsAttached is the receipt
