              On 12/20/23 I purchased 2 t-shirts for a total of $40. Shipping and handling added was $5.75 for a total of $45.75. My credit card was charged for this on 12/21/23. The product was never shipped. I have reached out to the business numerous times with no response.               I have ordered and even recommended this company in the past, while even though slower due to small business and made to order, the items always arrived high quality and timely. I ordered a special sale item that was to ship the weekend of 4/18/24. Shipping label was created 4/23/34 and no updates since. I’ve reached out kindly via two emails and an instagram message without any response. I know the company is active as they’ve had 1-2 collections and post since my order. I now see the company has this history and will not work with BBB to resolve. I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal and will hopefully receive my items, or if needed, a refund! Very disappointed in the customer service and unless it is made right, I won’t be ordering or recommending any longer.
