On 12/20/23 I purchased 2 t-shirts for a total of $40. Shipping and handling added was $5.75 for a total of $45.75. My credit card was charged for this on 12/21/23. The product was never shipped. I have reached out to the business numerous times with no response. The company that charged my card was Culture Dunk, 5001 Olentangy River Road, Apt. 473 Columbus, Ohio, 43214Business response

On November 10th I placed an order totaling approximately $70 (order #123361) On November 16th an email was received with the tracking number (**********************) On November 30th an email was received that there was a production error and we needed to contact them if we still wanted the items. Email was returned advising that I still Wanted my items. On 12/4 I sent an email confirming that they received my communication advising I still wanted the items. They replied advising that they did receive it and that my tracking should update within 24 hours. On 12/6 and 12/9 I sent emails to them that have gone unreturned requesting an update as my tracking number continues to say it’s in “preshipment” as it’s started since 11/16. I have Had zero communication from this company since 12/4Business response

It has been three weeks since I placed an order. I live in Ohio, and the company is based in Ohio. I received tracking information two weeks ago, I have reached out to the company multiple times with no response. I have spent significant money on their products and have not received anything. I cannot even get a response and there is nobody to get in touch with . Reviews on Facebook from other customers have the same complaints.Business response

I ordered three sweatshirts on 1/20/2023. After not receiving my items or a tracking number, I reached out to the company on 2/3/2023. I received a response on 2/4/203 saying I needed to wait the full 7-10 business days and it was their busiest time of year. I received a tracking number on 2/8/2023, but after no movement on the package I reached out on 2/15/2023. I received a response that I could expect a tracking update in the next few days. By 3/2/2023, I had still not received my order and reached out again with no response. I finally received my order on 3/6/2023 and 1 of the 3 items I order was incorrect. I immediately emailed on 3/7/2023 advising I did not receive one of the items I ordered and sent a picture of the incorrect item I did receive. I also asked how I could go about returning the wrong item and receiving the correct item. I have not received a response and have followed up again on 3/9/2023, 3/17/2023, and today 3/24/2023, all with no response.Initial Complaint

I purchased 5 shirts from Ohio Clothing on 01/06/2023. They were unresponsive until 02/15/2023 with the status of order fulfillment. On 02/23/2023 I received 4 of the 5 shirts ordered. The shipping invoice received stated 1 shirt was refunded. I have not received a refund. I have sent 3 emails and they have not responded requesting a refund of $10.84. I placed an order with Ohio Clothing on 1/20/23 for $64.76 and was updated on 2/6 that a shipping label was created for my items. It is now 3/7/23 and the shipping has never updated and I have not received any communication from the company via email or instagram messaging regarding my order. In fact, I was blocked on instagram for reaching out about my order and asking them to focus on the orders that needed fulfilled and not releasing new items until those orders had been fulfilled and shipped. I dont want a refund. I want my order. I live in Columbus and would be happy to locally pick up the order but I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails regarding my order in order to set anything up or get confirmation of them actually shipping my items. If needed, I will raise the issue with my bank but I would prefer to not do that. Again, I just want my order.Initial Complaint

I ordered two sweatshirts on January 21st, 2023 and $42.20 was paid on that day. On February 5th, a shipping label was created and no update of items being shipped since that time. USPS label still says "waiting on items to arrive". I have emailed twice with no response. I sent a message through Instagram with no response. I also commented on social media to please look into my order and the owner blocked me. I asked for a refund and haven't received one. I placed an order January 20, 2023 for 3 items. Per their website, the orders would be shipped out and delivered within 7-10 business days. I have contacted the company multiple times trying to get updates and a refund for my order with no response. I have even contacted PayPal, who isn't able to refund my money. I placed an order on 1/22/23 for 3 sweatshirts during a sale (one of which was a birthday gift for a family member). They originally stated their orders would arrive within 4-9 business days, saying if it would be longer- customers would be notified. A label was created for my order on 2/5/23. This package did not update at all until 2/28/23. In that 23 day span- they sent ONE email on 2/22/23 saying EVERYONE would have an updated tracking/movement on their order by 2/25/22 (this email still is 17 days after my order had a label printed)- which was not true. Prior to their email on the 22nd- many people, myself included, asked them where our products were/when we could expect delivery… and we were met with no response. Many of us are now blocked from their social media for asking such questions- with the comments deleted. This company and their owner (his name is ******) CANNOT handle criticism or any sort of negative comments, suggestions, or comments that question them whatsoever. They will literally delete everything to look like they are an honest and customer centered company. I have ordered in the past and had small shipping delays- but nothing that was this bad. However- their customer service has always been an issue (emails sent about prior orders have gone unanswered, and a refund they “sent” was to a card that had been cancelled due to someone stealing my info). I would 100% say BUYER BEWARE if you plan to order from them. They are definitely not a company that is honest or good at communicating with customers- and if there’s an issue with your order and you say anything on social media- expect to be blocked. I am happy to say- that after many weeks of waiting- my shirts finally arrived on 3/2/23. However- the one that was a birthday present was almost 2 weeks late (never an issue I thought I would have ordering something a month in advance). HOWEVER- it seems that I am lucky that I got my order- as many are still waiting with no updated tracking.
