      PLACED AN ORDER WITH OHIO CLOTHING CO OVER A MONTH AGO. I HAVE INQUIRED ON MY ORDER STATUS MULTIPLE TIMES, AND HAVE RECEIVED GENERIC RESPONSES/EXCUSES FROM OWNER. I WAS SENT A "SHIPPING" UPDATE ON 9/29/22, HOWEVER THE USPS IS STILL AWAITING THE MERCHANDISE ALMOST 3WEEKS LATER. I PURCHASED THESE HOODIES WITH THE HOPES OF WEARING THEM TO A GAME, BUT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THAT WILL HAPPEN THIS SEASON. THE OWNER HAS SHUT DOWN THE WEBSITE STATING IT WILL REOPEN NEXT WEEK. I JUST WANT MY MERCHANDISE OR AN ACTUAL REAL TIME UPDATE. I HAVE RECEIVED INTERNATION SHIPMENTS FASTER THAN THIS, AND THIS COMPANY IS LEGIT 2HRS AWAY!

      Purchase made 9/19/2022 in amount of $53.69. Confirmation email states “ After the release we will ship blank shirts to the printing company for them to print. After everything is printed they are able to ship the orders. This generally happens within 4-9 business days but could take a little longer if demand is high (it takes 2-4 business days just to ship the blank shirts because they are ordered from all over the country). If it is going to take longer, you will be notified. Most releases are on Friday's and we have an agreement with the printing company to complete all orders by the 2nd Thursday after each release (9 business days).” I emailed info@ohioclothing on 10/7/2022 (the 14th business day) requesting an update, as the purchased items had still not been delivered. I did not receive a response. I emailed again on 10/10/2022, this time requesting a refund/order cancellation. I did not receive a response. I have emailed again 10/11/2022 requesting a refund and advising the business I have filed a complaint with the BBB. No response.

      I purchased merchandise from this company on January 7th and was quoted around a week for shipping. It’s been over a month now and I still do not have my order. I have tried reaching out to them via email - I replied directly to their email about quoted shipping time, I have tried using the “contact” form on their website twice, I have messaged them on their business Facebook messenger twice, I have commented on the original Facebook post about the sale I purchased from, and I have attempted a dispute through PayPal. Every form of attempted contact has failed - they have not replied to me at all. At first I just wanted a update on expected shipping, now I want my money back.

      Customer has been replied to weeks ago, ordered has already been dropped off at the Post Office. There is a really big mis-understanding here in that when a customer repeatedly e-mails in like ***** did, it will bump her e-mail thread to the very end of the list because the system prioritizes oldest e-mails first & disregards prior timing of previous e-mails (e-mails are grouped together in a thread, by customer). When we are 3-5 days behind on e-mails, which happens a couple times a year when demand explodes, if someone keeps e-mailing in it will take awhile to get them, not on purpose but because of the way we have to organize e-mails. This customers order needed re-shipped and we had no idea until yesterday, weeks later, when e-mails were finally caught up because she was sending in e-mails every 1-3 business days. If her tracking is not already updated it will update today - the order was re-shipped yesterday.
