On September 07, 2021, we contracted Walnut Creek Metals to do the following work on our home: • Remove existing shingles and disposal • Install 24 gauge Kynar 500 standing seam roof package with snow rails and underlayment • All new metal trim and flashing • All new fascia cover around all eaves and gables • New gutters and downspouts We agreed to a payment of $24,249.00 as stated on the invoice and contract. $8500.00 before work was to start which we paid. And the remaining balance of $15,749.00 after work was finished which we paid before work was finished. An additional $300 was agreed upon via text and verbally with ****** ***** for the gutter on the lean-to. A check for $300 was made out and mailed to Walnut Creek Metals and never cashed. I have attempted to contact them many times via phone and left detailed messages and I have never received any contact back. After the work was completed, we had several concerns that we brought up to ****** ***** several times including: • Damage/ruts in front yard from driving their trucks through it • Busted driveway concrete from their roofing carts • Busted landscape edging • Damaged yard lights • Damaged downspout extensions • Urinating in backyard (when I told ****** about this he laughed) • Damaged/clogged (from roofing material) underground gutter drains which had I had to dig up • Ruts in backyard from throwing heavy debris from roof • I was told flashing would be under wood siding, they installed on top of wood siding • Did not replace all fascia, flashing and trim as stated in the contract • Leaking Gutters • Several screw holes in my vinyl siding • Improperly flashed flashing along lean-to and house • Bent and wavy fascia all along front porch and on lean-to • Gutters left short and drain into landscaping bed • Trash left all over our property every time they were here including: Nails, screws, water bottle, vinyl siding, sharp pieces of fascia metal, shingles *Adding rest to upload

Situation/complaint resolved:
March 26, 2022 a check issued from Walnut Creek Companies Llc for $2900 to cover damages to my property and to fix underground drains.
April 01, 2022 the downspouts and gutter were extended and resealed to stop leaking.
