Terrible company to work with!! Mike W********, AKA Wisenburg Brothers Concrete, was paid $40,000 to professionally install a detached garage floor and large driveway. When it was finished we found several huge construction errors in the work. They made the concrete drive narrower than was agreed to. The driveway was not sloped correctly which is causing standing puddles on concrete. They poured a 4x6 slab which is not centered on the door opening, it is not square, and they didn't use any rock base material, just poured it on the dirt. He left concrete splashed on the garage doors, door trim and siding. There is a 2 foot difference between the two sides of the driveway. He didn't use expansion joints or ice guards against the house, this will lead to rotting wood and will cause buckling to the siding trim. They poured the concrete up against existing landscaping material, which left an unprofessional edge as well as made the landscaping material unusable nor removable. The driveway they poured is higher in spots than the pre-existing attached garage floor, causing water to run into the garage. He did not excavate the driveway to accommodate the 6" of concrete, which caused the sidewalk to have a 5-6" slope downward toward the front door, as well as a driveway that is 5-6 inches higher than the yard, that will lead to hundreds of additional dollars to fix the landscaping. Joints between the concrete slabs are different heights, which are a tripping hazard. Amount of concrete poured was 30 feet less than the amount of concrete in the contracted agreement. They cut the concrete and did not clean off the debris but then went ahead a sprayed the sealer over top of the debris. Left his sealer sprayer in the yard filled with water, that my 2yr old got into and was sticky all over. Very unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone. When confronted with some of the issues, Mike took no responsibility for the poor quality and unprofessional job.
