            OneApp, Inc is the company, and the product is OneApp Guarantee. OneApp Guarantee is a guarantor/cosigning service for applicants obtaining housing and for Property Managers who conditionally approved and deny applicants who did not qualify based on the  standard screening criteria. 

            Applicants are referred by the Property Manager, and the Applicant applies with OneApp Guarantee, once approved, pays us a fee equal to 1 months rent on a standard 12 month lease. We guarantee the lease for the Property in the event the applicant defaults due to an eviction, non payment of rent, skip, etc. We will cover the rental losses and damages up to 3x the rental rate for the Property Management company.

              One app allowed a merchant micro inn well they allowed transactions to go through to this merchant the merchant even confirmed that whoever used my card didnt use my physical card I was in icu during the time of the transactions and the merchant even confirmed sent email stating that it wasnt me one app also denied my original dispute by their own error of not checking their emails for documents that were attached during the original filing of my dispute which I have a transcript of me and an agent chatting when I sent documents with original dispute she told me she received them and that she would even make note of this. So now the dispute had to be reopen because of their error yet again pet their policy if dispute takes longer than ten days they issue a provisional credit that hasnt happened yet. Its been going on since August we are in October now.

              Total Scam. How many applicants pay $1500 non refundable deposit you cannot get back. Unbelievable how businesses like this continue prey on the less fortunate. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

              Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would love the opportunity to discuss your situation with you. I have looked you up in our OneApp Guarantee data base and I cannot find your name or email.  If indeed you have a Guarantee with us and have not moved into the property we cosigned or you have not moved in your OneApp Guarantee fee is fully refundable. I just need more information to look into your specific situation. 

              OneApp Guarantee is a co-signing service for applicants who need a co-signer. When you apply for a home and fall short of the screening criteria with the property they will refer you to OneApp Guarantee as part of their requirement for approval. Once referred to OneApp Guarantee you complete a short application, are approved, and pay us a Non Refundable Fee (not a Deposit). For this Fee we secure your lease for you and the property so that in the event that you default on the lease, fail to pay rent, get evicted, we cover the rental losses and damages for you and the property up to 3x the rental rate.
