            We purchased a car from Grove city ford with the extended warranty, now our engine has lost a cylinder it has no compression in number two cylinder and grove city ford wants to charge around $3800 to diagnose it further this dealership does not stand behind the warranty they sell.

            We bought a used car with warranty!Car is using major oil this company how ever wont do anything about it, they did an oil change and rotated the tires . They added two quarts too much oil and only tightened 3 or the 4 wheels my wife about lost a wheel cause all the lug nuts were only finger tight!!!! We been complaining about brakes squealing since the first day they continue to say its normal . I have palate work stating front brakes and rotors were replaced with new ones , but yet the front driver side rotor feels like a ripple potato chip!!! Stay away from this place they dont care about nothing but their commission!!!!!!!!!

            Grove City Ford has offered to assist ******************** many times in the past. Our technicians have reinspected the brakes along with other issues with the vehicle. We are more than happy to work with ******************** on any issues he has with the vehicle. We provide a multi point inspection and carfax with every used vehicle transaction. All of our vehicles that are sold pass PA's inspection process. We believe in being transparent with every transaction that is done at our dealership.

            They said they can not work on our vehicle. Said we will have to take it to the ******* dealership for any work !!!!! These people are a joke!!!!
