    My Van Gogh tickets have been moved twice. The last date move made by the company assigned my family a random date and we had conflicts. They charged me $25 a tickets to move the experience to a date that was open for my family. I asked for a refund of the $25 per ticket and haven't received any response. Save your time and money. Go the Amsterdam! Go the Van Gogh museum.

    Good afternoon,

    The tickets were purchased from the email address of ************************. My original tickets were scheduled for Jan 7, 2022 at 6:00 - 7:00 for 5 adults. My second date for the event was on March 5, 2022 at 7:00. These tickets we're cancelled by your organization and I was randomly given tickets on May 7th. There is a family conflict at this time. I have rescheduled for May 8th at 5:00 and was charged $25 a ticket for rescheduling.


    The ticket description : Limited edition poster, Van Gosh cushion (rental). Includes Flex options.

    If you send me another email address, I will send you the link to my tickets.

    I believe that it is the height of poor customer service to continue to overpromise the Van Gogh experience, for the dates to continue to change and to have the audacity to charge ticket holders to change the dates to tickets dates/ times which were randomly assigned.

    I look forward to a refund of the $250 for changing the dates.
