Mrs. ***** was unhappy because she was expecting a service that was not communicated to us beforehand. We would've gladly done as she wanted if we only knew. My Tech attempted to explain this to her and when she could not be satisfied, he left the residence to escape any further confrontation from the homeowner. This means I am accountable for gathering payments, which is a typical practice in the service sector to have someone from the office handle the payment collection.
So I sent her the invoice (unaware of any problem) and did not hear from her. I then made several attempts to reach her via email, phone, and texts over the next two days. She didn't respond to any of them. It is our practice to get local law officials involved when customers fail to pay for their services. In my 15 yrs of owning this business, this was only the second time that I had to do this.
Once the officials reached out to her she finally called. Why could they reach her and I couldn't? She demanded freebies to which I responded that we would be happy to return to rectify anything that she was unhappy with, but she declined. I am deeply sorry that she didn't have a positive experience with DCR, but it was not because we didn't try to serve her needs.

As far as confrontations, Yes I was unhappy and I every right to let them know that. I was never aggressive in any way to the Tech doing the job. The problem was with Mr. **** and the communication about what I wanted done.
