My fiance is incarcerated at ******** Correctional Institution in ******** *********** they use Securus tablets to be able to contact loved ones using an app provided by Securus Technologies they are able to text message or email 10 times a day and they are supposed to get six 15 minute calls a day. The app is supposed to be on from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a break from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. for shift change of the correctional officers. Lately the app does not turn on till around 8:30 9:00 a.m. eastern central time and for the past two to three nights the app has been telling my fiance that he is at his max number of calls when he's only used two to three calls for the day and it doesn't allow him to call out he doesn't get reimbursed for those calls and he doesn't get those calls back it has caused emotional and mental distress on my end as a family member as well as my fiance being incarcerated unable to reach his loved ones. It's not right what they do they're all about keeping incarcerated individuals connected with their loved ones yet they make it so difficult to even get a hold of a person on customer support the issue should be ************************ and is not morally right.
