    Avoid buying from this company at all cost. Their pitch is we are not like the other patio furniture stores that take 2-3 months to get you your product. If you buy what we stock you will receive your product in 2-3 weeks. So we purchase only the items they had in stock on June 1st. Here it is September 7th and we are still missing pieces to our order. When you call or text them here is what you will get. Your prodding will be arriving on Friday and we will call you for a delivery time. That was 2 months ago and again 1 month ago. The delivery driver told us Im one of the owners and we have your missing pieces in stock in our warehouse and when I get back to the warehouse we will get them right out to you. That was a month and 1/2 ago. Constant lies and promises.Do you give your money to these guys.

    Unfortunately much of this review is not veracious in nature. He has grossly misrepresented lead times and he fails to mention the persistent aggression and threats levied against us. ****************** has a pattern of attempting to use threats and intimidation in an effort to manipulate our staff due to his inherently flawed theory that his furniture would somehow be delivered ahead of all the other waiting customers. While some pieces can take 2-3 weeks, furniture lead times vary depending on fabric and collection selections and his lead times would have been closer to **** weeks when considering all those factors. ****************** delays are due to his own behaviors and the discomfort he has caused staff and the nature of his litigious threats. ****************** would have been completely fulfilled by now, however due to his litigious threats has caused undue delays. ****************** had options, that still stand, presented to him, either a refund for his two waiting chairs to be scheduled for delivery, or he can enter into a non disparage agreement and we can deliver his chairs. His chairs have been in our possession but we refuse to engage with customers who use threats and intimidation. We have codified policies and procedures for our company that apply to all customers, we cannot treat ****************** any differently than all our other paying customers.
