            I am writing to complain about JSX Airlines. On May 27th, I cancelled my flight (XE 1111, confirmation T6NLMN) due to safety concerns following a news report about a JSX flight's landing gear collapsing at ********************. This incident has made me feel that flying with JSX is unsafe.I requested a refund, but JSX only offered a flight credit and has not followed up on my complaint about a rude customer service representative. Despite being told a supervisor would contact me, I have received no communication.Holding my flight credit against my wishes is unfair and feels akin to theft.             The concept is great, the execution is absolutely abysmal. Spent tens of thousands of dollars over 4 flights and you couldnt pay any of us to fly with JSX again. It took more than an hour to book over the phone, and every terminal told us our reservation was made wrong, claimed they fixed it, and then every flight to follow was worse than the previous. We were unknowingly charged 24 seat selection fees only for them to place us at random at each flight. The bag check process was a mess, delays were common (one being over 2 hours delayed), lounges were stuffy and bare, and there was zero consistency in processes between terminals. While logistics were poor, service wasnt any better. One employee, ****** in *******, was extremely friendly and organized, the rest were a mixed bag, but ****** and Zolandra in ****** were the rudest, most incompetent employees weve ever encountered and as our final impression on our last leg home, plummeted our view of JSX from just ok to completely awful.

            We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint regarding a customers recent experience with ************************* fully acknowledge the shortcomings mentioned, including issues with the booking process, unexpected seat selection fees, delays, and inconsistent service. Unfortunately, it is clear that our usual high standards were not met during the customers ********** address this situation, JSX has already refunded approximately 25% of the customers fare as compensation for the frustrations and inconveniences they encountered. We take these concerns seriously and are actively working to address the operational and service-related issues raised in order to prevent future occurrences.We sincerely regret that this customer's experience did not align with the level of service we strive to provide, and we are committed to continuing improvements across all areas of our operation.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
