If your African American , ****** (front desk mourning reception) will not give you a job if your not Hispanic, he will tell you "the client " only wants bilingual employees, when you don't have to be a certain race to sweep .I've watched a couple (man and women) go out together every day on new jobs for the past 2 weeks. I was curious so I asked and he said "we've been working on and off together every day for the past 6 months " I've been in line ,to register for mourning labor and watched him give Hispanic men jobs before me that wasn't even registered yet. These are very unfair practices for good people, not junkies, just looking to survive. I would suggest you just go to ********** and get a part time job, because thinking their goin to get you a job to help out while you're in need is false. This is part of the reason only junkies want to work day labor. It's always an excuse, why as a black person you haven't received placement. I am highly upset at myself for coming 2weeks straight, getting up at 4am (to sit in the parking lot until 8/830am) , driving 35/40 mins to get here, wasting gas (another reason) to get nothing. Wasting all of the little resources you have. RESULT STAFFING *********, YOU GUYS HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER ?? E.O BUSINESSES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FAIR TO ALL. THIS DEFINITELY ISN'T FAIR AND A SUPERIOR NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE, OR EVERYONE IS GONNA NEED JOBS SOON, BECAUSE THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY WAYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL ??
