Their service manager Mr. P****** told me that the printer was not working! So, I requested him to mail one to me when the printer is fixed. He said yes. Never got one!
Next day, I received a voice mail message to call their customer service director Ms. I*** if I had any problem with the document. Also received an e-mail advising me to contact Ms. I***.
I sent an e-mail to her on 5/5/2022 after waiting to get the service report by mail in vain. No response from her either.
In past, whenever I had any service done there, their invoice showed a complimentary "Subaru Express 27 point inspection" But they never provided a check list showing what these 27 point inspections are!!

As of now, I have NOT received the subject Service Report.
I assume your technician enters all his readings in your computer system which keeps them.
If that is the case, please send the service report to my email address which you all have.

First of all, my apology for a delay in replying.
Yes, I did receive your email. I can understand why you could not keep the record of the alignment readings.
Thank your for your offer to do the wheel alignment again at no cost to me.
I am sure your mechanic must have done what ever needed to be done. So, no need to do it again.
In future, please let the customers know in advance if a printer was out of order and provide at least a hand written report of readings taken during the wheel alignment. It will also be nice if you provide a check list of those "Subaru Express 27 Point Inspections" you do at no cost.
