First of all poor customer service and weren't helpful, just all talk. First car I got the engine went out within 3 hours of buying it which means they never even looked at it. Yes I was looking at used cars, but don't think they should sell a car without at least looking at it. They took it back since they had my trade in. They said sorry and they would help me out still so after waiting a month to finally tell me that that First car I got they shouldn't have sold because it was bad. Well I did get another car, but it was completely dirty and waited a week for it to be "cleaned" and serviced. I was shocked how well they "cleaned" it, they didn't even try to clean it (there was ashes and a ***** stuck in the car). And driving it off the lot the alignment was off and I let them know right away. No one got back to me. They promised it would service it after I went onto ****** before buying it. NOTHING WAS SERVICED ON THE **** The ac was not looked at, I also let them know that. I have 3 kids and 1 being under 2 and it was so hot we would be sweating and it is crazy hot in *****. We went over everything and not once did anyone try to get back to me. I never got the help I needed. They are literally right across from me and they mailed me the license plates and It really made me feel like they just didn't want to deal with me, but that is because of their crappy service and lies and not once would a manager introduce himself or talk to me. I always got passed onto someone else, just for them to pretend they care. It's just about selling with avoiding consequences.
