If I could do this with NO STARS I would! Worst customer service I have ever experience. Have been trying to deal with them for a year and a half now to replace the refigerator in the house we bought after it went out about a week after we bought the house. I understand due to COVID there are many shipping delays. But every time my husband called in the last year and a half you would think it was the first time we had gotten ahold of them to try to make the purchase and every time he hung up the phone thinking we were on the "waiting list" for when they did get any in. At first contact with them about this in August of 2020 they told us possible March 2021. Here we are in February 2022 and I still have no refrigerator. After the salesman telling us the the new model would fit and we could make it work with the freezer they did attempt to deliver once only to find out that if we wanted it to look right we would have to buy the fridge and freezer and the new trim kit for them to the tune of $5500. Waiting on delivery of both. Talked to them Monday and they said Wednesday. It is now Wednesday and my husband talked to them at noon after we had not heard from them all day and they said 2:00 at 3:00 called and got the wonderfully rude and totally unhelpful lady that usually answers the phone and have now been told Monday or Tuesday next week! Will never use them again will drive to Dallas and pick up what we need if can't be found anywhere else in Lubbock!!
