              All I wanted to do was change my address. I got some strange answer that my mother still owns my policy. She called at least 20x trying to transfer it over to my name. Now neither one of us can get ahold of a representative. My online account is disactivated. I'm being told that my account is past due but why would I pay money for something I can't even verify is real? Why can't I get an agent on the phone? Why can't I access my account? Where's all the money that I've been paying for insurance for the past 20 years?I want to transfer the life insurance policy to a different, less scammy company.

              Awful company! Ive been paying for 13 policies since 2010 and there has been hiccups within these past years that I have tried to overlook. However a few months ago one of my policies didnt show as being paid. I found out it was applied to a different company that Globe is affiliated with. I had to call and was told it will be corrected. By the end of the month it was. Yesterday, I noticed I had been charged an amount Ive never been charged before. When I tried to sign in to see what happened , a notice came up that read: For security purposes please register for x eServiceCenter!! WHAT!! When I tried again there was no record of my email, yet they could charge my checking account! I called immediately and was told I would have to re-register my 13 accounts again!!! This is crazy!! Your error and I need to correct it. Something needs to be done about this company!! Is there a way to get all my money back and deal with a more secure company!!!!???? I rate them zero stars
