Do not use the any of DFW PRO anything. I am NOT sure which company of **************** company since it was water remediation it could Roofing, Fencing or Concrete or another subsidiary of our house flooded in January 2024 of this year. ****** team showed up and cleaned our house up from the water. The house sat for almost a month with no one working on our house. ***** was available via text not so much for his contractor ***. We did not get a contract for the work we wanted until a month later. The quote was expensive and State Farm rejected it. ***** had us fill out an outside arbitrator paperwork to help fight our insurance. We won that battle but, we were not expecting the corners cut to make our house livable. The corners that were cut are lower than a new home build without upgrades. There were contractors hired off ********* and 3 other subcontractors that he knew. Our floors, the paint, textures, possible squatters, leaving our house unlocked on multiple occasions and we had to remind him. We also found alcoholic cans in our house and other imaginable items. He had a different contractor everyday they worked in our house for the same project. We eventually fired ***** and moved back into our home. Thank god for the cloud, current technology and we have audio, video, text messages and email.
