I sent my ring in to be sized 1/2 size smaller and here is my experience. I did get a prepaid label mailed to me, which was great. I packaged my ring carefully and had UPS pickup and provide the tracking information. My ring arrived in a timely fashion and then the wait began. It took multiple weeks with no updates and I contacted customer service to find out the status. I received a tracking number for my ring and they stated it was on its way to me. I received a notification that it was delivered in Florida. Well, I live in Idaho so I was immediately alarmed. I called right away and did not get a final answer as to where my ring was until many hours later in the day. Turns out the woman gave me the wrong tracking number and my ring still hadn't even been completed. A few weeks later I got an email with a tracking number saying my ring was on its way. Today I got my ring delivered via UPS signature delivery. I was so excited to have it back after a month without it. I immediately put it on only to find its bigger than it was before. I emailed the same woman from customer service and asked she check the repair notes to see if they even sized it down like I asked. She replied "Yes in the repair notes it should have been sized 1/2 up. I do apologize for the inconvenience. I know you just received it back after a month but it has to be sent back in to be sized ". I am so frustrated with this supposed customer service. I made a specific request and they did the exact opposite. So now I have to wear even more length of plastic bumper to size it up myself until my husband can go to Boise to handle this in person. We have a warranty and paid good money for the ring for a reason. We keep up on the cleanings and maintenance and yet we can't even get a service that's supposed to be included done properly. Now I will have to send it again and hope they can read properly this time and wait without a wedding ring for who knows how long. I would never purchase anything that needs to be sized from this company again. It's too much of a hassle and stressful to wait so long for an incorrect service.
