Total Air Conditioning was dispatched through ******** **** ****** on June 2024. They came by my home to check the AC unit. They left without telling me what the problem was. I called them a week later at all times of the day and no answer. I got *** involved and no one would answer them either. They asked me to wait 72 hours for an email response. Then Total Air came by my home unannounced to check the unit again. They told me they would order the part. July, the same thing all over again on repeat. August, comes around and I let *** know that Total Air has not come to fix the AC. *** calls Total Air and no answer and tells me wait 72 hours. All the while, my home is not cooling and my electric bill is higher. On September, Total Air shows up unannounced again and I ask what they are here for and the man said to check the AC. I have had it and told him that they were doing and saying the same thing over and over again and that the part was supposed to be ordered. The man said it was ordered. That’s when I knew I was going to keep being lied to. I told the man I did not want to do business with Total Air and not to return to my home again and that I would contact *** about their bad service. I waited 3 months and I could not wait any longer. Total Air Conditioning is unreliable.
