I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing issues my 19-year-old daughter has experienced with the car she purchased from your dealership. As a full-time student coming from humble beginnings, she was incredibly proud to have been able to purchase her first car, a 2015 Volkswagen, despite limited financial resources and no parental financial support. She chose to buy from your dealership because she believed you to be trustworthy and hoped to obtain a reliable vehicle for her daily needs. When she bought the car, your team assured her that it had been thoroughly checked by your mechanics and was ready for sale. Unfortunately, just three months after purchasing it, the car began leaking oil. After bringing it back to your service department, she paid approximately $1,400 for a list of repairs. However, she was informed she would need to return for further issues.Eight to nine months after purchasing the car, she returned for additional repairs, and this time was charged another $2,300. Despite the financial burden, she felt relieved that, with these repairs, the car would finally be reliable. It has now been only two to three weeks since her last visit, and the car is leaking oil again and in significant amounts. She has attempted to contact your dealership through texts and calls, but has not received a response. As a young student struggling to make ends meet, she cannot afford to continually pay for repairs on a car she is still making payments on. This situation has left her feeling taken advantage of and overwhelmed.

*****, we are sorry to hear that your daughter's vehicle has had an ongoing oil leak. We understand there has been some suggested services that were declined for repairs, but we still want to help where we can. Especially because you are family of an employee here.
