My name is John Merricks, I'm one of the owners of Auto Outlet USA located in Danville, VA. All the vehicles we sell here have free access to every customer for a FULL CARFAX vehicle history report which shows how many owners, where the vehicle has been previously serviced and prior accidents if the vehicle had any. Both CARFAX and AutoCheck are showing NO accidents reported on this vehicle. I've sent not only a copy of the CARFAX, but an AutoCheck vehicle report to the BBB for their review. This vehicle was serviced at *** ***** **** *** **** ****** on *** ****** ***** ********* ** on April 17, 2024. A state inspection which checks the tire condition, front and rear brakes,all running and head lights, the exhaust system, etc. was performed along with a Full Synthetic oil change. That invoice will also be sent to the BBB for review. As far as the "service due" message, all the customer had to do was call US and we could have had it reset for him. Mr. ******* came in person to our dealership and was able to view, test drive and inspect the vehicle before purchasing it.
